You can pick up your Bib on Friday 11 December 2020 from 4:30 am to 7:30 pm at Isobar (Bow Street, Raglan) or on Saturday 12th December on the Start/Finish line/ Event Village (65 Karioi Road, Raglan).
- From 6:30am to 7:30am for 24km Single
- From 7:30am to 8:30am for 10km. Please note for the 10km only: your start is not at registration but in Whale Bay (other side of Karioi)
- From 8:00am to 10:00am for 5km

A drink carrying device is compulsory for all 24km runners and 10km participants.
Off road running shoes are highly recommended.
Please show us your clean running shoes when you pick-up your bib to help the fight against Kauri dieback disease. Thanks.
The prize giving is at the finish line at 2.00pm. To be sure you will enjoy your after race, we will provide free sausage and a free drink. We offer a vegan option.
The Raglan Karioi Trail is a free plastic cup event, so please bring yours or we will have some collapsible cup to sell.
NEW for RKT 2020: as soon as you cross the finish line, you will receive a text message on your registered phone number with your time!!
From Raglan take the State Highway (towards Hamilton) for 6kms and turn right on Kauroa-Kawhia Rd towards Te Mata.
Or from Hamilton 4km after Te Uku turn left on Kauroa-Kawhia Rd towards Te Mata.
Just before you reach Te Mata village (after 7.5kms) turn right onto Ruapuke road. Then drive for another 7.3kms and turn right onto a gravel Rd (Karioi Rd). 300m and you’re there. A large parking area is available, adjacent to the race Start/ Finish.
Transport to the Start for the 10km Event: (10km event only)
To reach the start line, we provide a bus (booking required) starting from the finish line/ event village. (Swann’s farm – 65 Karioi Road)
The idea is that you leave your car on the finish line and jump in the bus to be dropped in Whale Bay.
The bus will leave at 8.50am from the corner of Karioi Road and Ruapuke Road. It takes around 35 min to get to Whale Bay.
Please note: Parking for the 10km start line is on Whaanga Rd and Calvert Rd (Whale Bay). Drop off for the 10km start line is on Whaanga Rd (entrance of Karioi Lodge). Then you walk to the start line.
